Our pets are very special to us, so we understand what your pets mean to you.  We also understand that all pets have accidents.  We can help with with those occasional pet related problems with our Petpro Service.

Did you know that urine never dries? It’s true. The chemical salts in urine are constantly pulling in moisture from the air. This is why urine smells worse in the moist summer air than the cool, dry winter air.

Traditionally, carpet cleaners have used a carpet wand to try to remove pet odors from carpet.  This can be very effective at removing urine from the face fiber, but is not able to touch the majority of the odor causing bacteria that is in the carpet backing, pad, and sub-floor.  Our Petpro Service uses a unique sub-surface extraction tool than enables us to inundate the effected area and then safely extract, or remove, all of that odor causing bacteria from the carpet backing, pad, sub-floor and face fiber.  This unique tool costs a bit more, but your nose will know the difference!
