Continuing Education Classes Schedule for 2012
Space is limited and we ask that you pre-register by filling out our online signup form.
Continental breakfast is served at 8:30am for all morning classes and lunch is served at 12:00pm for all morning and afternoon classes.
PLEASE NOTE: You must sign in at the time of arrival and out at the end of class. Failure to do so may result in loss of credits.
In order to guarantee that you receive the completed credits with the state of Ohio, we ask that you bring a current business card with as much current contact information as possible and write your N.P. N. number on the back. This will help greatly to eliminate potential clerical errors with the ServiceMaster corporate office and the State of Ohio.
At the conclusion of each class all cards are entered into a drawing for a $25.00 gift card.
